This large traditional Northeast Harbor summer cottage is located on Gilpatrick Cove in Northeast Harbor. From the porch you can view the boating activity at The Fleet. Located on Smallidge Point, Aunt Hannah's Pasture, is not far from the Tennis Club, the Northeast Harbor Swim Club or the village. This cottage does have a seperate apartment within the building itself.

Weekly rates in shoulder seasons are for occupancy of 6. Additional $100 per person up to 12 people. Discount may apply for longer term rental.

First floor:

• Living room with fireplace and glass doors to porch, overlooking the cove.
• Large eat-in kitchen (well equipped)
• Laundry room with washer and dryer 
• Half bathroom
• Back stairs to second floor

Second floor:

• Bedroom with king-size bed, water views and private bathroom with shower and seperate clawfooted tub
• Bedroom with two twin beds
