Located at the edge of Somes Sound, Grasslands is a lovely summer cottage in the perfect spot to enjoy all that Northeast Harbor has to offer. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the covered porch or deck.

First Floor:

• Foyer with propane fireplace and access to a covered porch which overlooks Somes Sound
• Sitting room with fireplace and views of the water
• Dining room seats 8 to 10 comfortably
• Breakfast room seats 4 to 8 comfortably 
• Fully equipped kitchen with Viking 6-burner stove, two dishwashers and large island with additional sink, and seating at the island for 4  
• Pantry and laundry with extra refrigerator
• Computer/playroom with outside access
• Master bedroom with king size bed, fireplace, views of the water and outside access. Full bath with tub and shower.

Second Floor:

• Bedroom with king size bed, water views and private full bath with tub and separate stall shower
• Bedroom with single bed
• Hall bathroom with stall shower
• Bedroom with two twin beds and views of the water
