• June 11 - June 25 (max occ. 8): $5800.00
• June 25 - July 23 (max occ. 14): $8300.00
• July 23 - Aug 27 (max occ. 14): $8300.00
• Aug 27 - Sept 24 (max occ. 8): $5500.00

Sept 24 - Oct 15 (max occ. 8): $4800.00

• Pricing is for occupancy up to 14 people.  There is a $200.00 fee for each extra person above the 14 count, with a maximum occupancy of 20. 

All rent plus The State of Maine Sales and Use Tax, and security deposit.

Homeowner requests no smoking and no pets please.

Located on South Shore Road in Northeast Harbor, In The Woods has recently been renovated. This home is close to Clifton Dock, the Marina and the village center, with a large and a great covered porch, In the Woods is the perfect spot for your vacation.

• From the covered porch enter into a lovely foyer
• Living room with turret and fireplace
• Dining room easily seats 12-14
• Media room or Library
• Large well-equipped kitchen
• Butler's pantry
• Powder room
• Laundry with extra refrigerator and back stairs to 2nd floor

Second Floor

• Master bedroom with queen size bed, fireplace and bathroom with tub only. There is a balcony off the master bedroom
• Bedroom with queen size bed and private balcony
• Hall bathroom with tub and shower
• Bedroom with double bed
• Bedroom with queen size bed
• Bathroom with shower
• Bedroom with double bed

Third Floor: 

• Bedroom queen size bed
• Bathroom with tub/shower
• Bedroom with queen size bed
• Bathroom with tub
