Located right on the edge of Somes Sound, The Lukens Cottage has fabulous views and is very private. The patio area facing the water is the perfect place to watch the boats on Somes Sound.   An open floor plan allows you to have views of the water and the mountains from nearly every corner of this cottage.

Living room, with fireplace, and dining area face the water and are open to one another.  
Dining area has seating for four.
