Jan 1 – April 18: $3000.00
April 18 – May 30: $3700.00
May 30 – Sept 6: $4200.00
Sept 6 – Oct 25: $3700.00
Oct 25 – Dec 31: $3000.00
Rates include the cost of normal departure cleaning.
Pets considered for an additional fee of $200 per pet, per week.
All rental rates are plus the State of Maine Sales and use tax and a security deposit
