Located on Smallidge Point, in Northeast Harbor, The Havoc is within walking distance of the Fleet, The Northeast Harbor Tennis Club, The Northeast Harbor Swim Club and the village. This cottage has wonderful views of Somes Sound and Greenings Island from the westerly facing deck. The Havoc is unique in that most of the bedrooms have outside entrances.

The Havoc consists of:

• Living Room with water views toward the west and a door to the deck
• Dining Room with water views easily seats 8-12 with a wet bar
• Fully equipped galley-style kitchen
• Laundry area is located next to the kitchen
• Master suite with a king size bed has views of the water, an office area, and private full bathroom

South Wing:

• Bedroom with two twin beds opens onto the deck facing the water
• Bedroom with two twin beds
• Two full baths

North Wing:

• Bedroom with two twin beds
• Full bathroom
• TV room
