This cedar shingled two story cottage is located on the shore side of Peabody Drive in Northeast Harbor. A stockade fence protects the entrance from the road. Off street parking is provided at the rear of the property.

FIRST FLOOR:

• Living room with fireplace
• Master bedroom with king size bed
• Bathroom with tub and seperate shower stall
• Kitchen
• Laundry room with back stairs to second floor

SECOND FLOOR:

• Bedroom with double bed
• Bathroom with tub
• Large hall bedroom with trundle bed that can be two single beds or a double
• Bedroom with twin beds
• Hall bathroom with shower

This cottage is light and attractive, it is designed for informal living. The owners of this cottage also own an adjacent cottage on the shore which has a dock. Therefore the occupants of "Woodwind" have the privilege of using the dock.
